Location: Chichester, West Sussex (100% Onsite)

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + £2,500 onsite allowance, pro rata

Hours: Part-Time (22.5 hours/week | 3 days across Mon, Tue, Wed, or Fri | 08:30–16:30)

Overview

Join a leading national occupational health provider as the active, onsite face of health and wellbeing for a prestigious automotive manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Case Management: Deliver high-quality support, up to 6 cases per day.

  • Shop Floor Engagement: Spend time on the production floor to understand operations and build workforce relationships.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and H&S to drive early intervention and absence management.

  • Holistic Support: Conduct workplace assessments and lead health initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor (manufacturing or industrial background is a major plus).

  • Attributes: Confident communicator who excels at workload and stakeholder management.
